Please review our policies before booking your cleaning service.

At Diamonds and Pearls Cleaning Services LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning experience for every client. To ensure a smooth and professional relationship, we ask that all customers review and agree to the following policies prior to scheduling service.

Scheduling & Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring our staff has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, a lockout fee may apply. Please ensure all pets are secured prior to our arrival.

Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Breakage & Damage

Our staff takes the utmost care with your belongings. In the unlikely event of accidental breakage or damage, please notify us within 24 hours. We are fully insured and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

Health & Safety

We use high-quality, safe cleaning products in all of our services. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special product requirements prior to your service. Our staff are trained professionals who follow all health and safety guidelines.

Tipping

While tipping is never required, it is always appreciated by our hardworking staff. Any gratuity is entirely at the discretion of the client and goes directly to the cleaning team.
